Payment terms:
A 50% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is paid at the hotel reception.

Cancellation policy:
– Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge
– Cancellation 7 to including 4 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
– Cancellation 3 to including 1 day before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
No-show or cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
