PANORAMIC RIDE
The cable car Žekovec is the longest gondola lift in Slovenia, covering almost 1,000 metres of altitude in just eight minutes.
On the 3,265-metre-long panoramic ride, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the Savinja Valley and the surrounding mountains. The top station of the cable car is located at 1,410 metres above sea level, at the reception of the Hotel Montis.
*Season ticket is valid from 27.04. until 30.11. in times of operation. Kid tickets are intended for visitors between the ages of 6 and 14.99. For children of up to 5.99 years of age accompanied by parents the ride is free. When purchasing tickets for youth (persons aged between 15 to 23.99) and seniors (over 60), proof of age must be presented. All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Tickets are not transferable.

and parking
The lower cable car station in Žekovec can be reached after just a 20-minute drive from the Šentrupert motorway exit in the direction of Mozirje. There is parking for cars, buses and camper vans.
